Booking an appointment

I can be contacted Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 19:00 to book an appointment or to discuss any queries you may have.

If I am not available to take your call, please leave your name, telephone number and a short message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

  

Treatment times

Treatments are generally given in the evenings and at weekends but daytime treatments can be arranged.

  

Consultations

At your first treatment, please allow an extra 20 -30 minutes to complete a consultation form. This ensures that the treatment is adapted to suit you and to make sure that you are able to receive the treatment.

 

restrictions

If you have a heart condition, severe circulatory disorder, epilepsy, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, cancer, taking medication for any medical condition or are pregnant, please obtain a note from your GP granting permission before booking a treatment.

You will not be able to receive a treatment if you have an infectious disease, fever or high temperature, deep vein thrombosis, recent surgery or haemorrhages

If you are in any doubt, please speak to your GP.
 

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.

 

payment

I accept credit cards, cash or cheques. Please make cheques payable to Nicola Silverson. If you would prefer to purchase a treatment for yourself or a gift for someone else, you can choose to pay securely online using the shopping baskets.
